I had the oil changed, tires rotated, and new windshield wipers installed. Things went smoothly and I was out and on my way quickly.

Excellence in service

I really do love the Buick Envison Avenir. So very comfortable and a pleasure to drive. While Mr. Franklin was the salesman that I talked with, it was Mr. Greg Williams that helped me the most with my questions concerning the Envision and showed me the different features of the car, and walked me thru them. He was more knowledgeable about the car.

I like the option of making appointments .My truck was taken in as soon as I pulled in to the service area. Shelby Gilbert met me and took notes on the problem with my truck . She told me the techs would take a look at it and then she would contact me with the price and time frame for the repairs. She contacted me and explained the problem and the cost of repairs in detail. I told her to make the repairs and I would be in the waiting area. When my truck was ready she found me in the waiting area and explained everything the tech did to make the repairs and asked if I had any questions . She was very informative, right on the money with the repair cost and most of all was very friendly. She thanked me for using Carl Cannon handed me the keys and my bill. Shelby made the whole process easy and accommodating. That kind of service is why I use Carl Cannon and why I buy the majority of my cars and trucks there for the past 30 years . Keep it up . You run a service department the way it should be run .

The salesman was very accommodating in showing me all the trucks I wanted to see that had different options and colors to help make my decision. The listed price on the new truck was excellent and they offered me exactly what I had in mind for my trade-in without having to haggle. A+ experience on the shopping side. I did have the finance manager price shop some different lenders as the original rate offered was a tad higher than I anticipated but that was fixed after he submitted my application to a couple more lenders.

Asked for full service oil change , tire rotation and replace the engine air filter. Service was done in a timely manner , but when I was told my truck was ready it was still in the bay . I had to walk thru the work area to get to my truck. There was fresh oil on the floor and I had to walk carefully around it. When I got in my truck the next oil change windshield sticker had not been replaced. There was another vehicle in front of mine and I had to ask to have it moved . When I got home I checked the reset life of engine air filter on the DIC and it had not been reset . I reset it my self . I decided to check the air filter enclosure . I could not tell that it had been removed . There was a lot of dust all over the box and other dirt around the bottom of the box. There was also one screw that was missing from the filter box . On the service sheet tech 978 checked the yellow triangle that says may need attention soon . Why would it need attention soon if he just replaced the filter ? Also a few days earlier I called and made an appointment for 10:00 am for the oil change but when I got there both bays were full and cars parked behind them , so I turned around and went back home . What is the point of having an appointment if there are so many customers ahead of you when you get there. Very dissatisfied with this lube oil visit . I expect to have the missing screw replaced on the engine air filter box the next time I bring it in.

When I pulled up to have my vehicle oil changed, there was no one in line they checked me in quick and I went to the waiting area and I sit for a long time and no one ever came to give me any updates I finally went and looked and my vehicle was parked in the opposite direction inside the oil change area I asked the man behind the counter if my vehicle was complete and he said yes I had to get my paperwork and walk it back inside to pay I am not sure how long my vehicle was complete but I think they completed at least a couple more vehicles before I checked on mine I fill like they should have come to me once mine was complete so I could be on my way I was delayed longer than I should have been.

The radio now skips which it wasn’t doing before only the playlist from my phone, but it continues to skip as it was doing initially. The reprogramming of modules did not help those particular issues but it did with connection. Also on getting my car back I noticed two areas on the siding panels that have gaps and I am not sure how this occurred. I would like to suggest a loaner car for non smokers. The burgundy equinox needs a smoke vacuum cleaning. I used a whole can of microban spray for accommodation.

Tend to have my Silverado fully serviced and ready to go in a little over an hour without an appointment. Don't know how but they always know me by name and my trucks service history. Full service cost $115 is reasonable against cost to do my own service plus I'm in air conditioned comfort with clean hands.

It was a great experience from start to finish. We had been looking for a specific vehicle across the entire country and as it turns out, Carl Cannon had one in stock.

I purchased new tires as recommended by Mr. David. I showed up for my appointment and my tires were replaced by Mr. Keith and the team within a responsible time… spent vey little time in the waiting area and was on my way without any issues.

The representative who checked me in was not familiar with fleet servicing information.

My truck's transmission/torque converter failed at 30,000 miles. The torque converter was replaced then. I was told they didn't have any loaner vehicles. My truck was repaired in 3 days. My transmission started shuddering again after 51,000 (& some miles-see repair ticket). I called Carl Cannon on Fri July 25th to try to arrange a loaner vehicle before I brought the truck in for repairs. The lady I spoke to told me they didn't have any available. But as people turned them back in & picked up their vehicles they should get one available, & did I want them to call me should one become available. I said yes - that call never came. She made an appointment for me to bring it in on Tues July 29th @ 7:30 AM. Couldn't get the phone app thing to work for status. Was told approx 8-13 or 14th they would finish late Fri 8-15 & should be able to pick it up Mon 8-18 & they would call me. That didn't happen. I called to find out Wed 8-20 & didn't get my call returned. I called in @ 3 PM for the 3rd time, & finally talked to Serv Adviser. She said they would be finished late that day. I couldn't get up there then because of an previous appointment. I asked if they had someone that could pick me up the next day, & she said they would get someone to that. When I arrived to get my vehicle, the warranty repairs were completed, but the oil change & tire rotation I'd requested to be done while it was there were not done. She did say We're sorry & can have that done in 30mins if you can wait. I needed it done. I really did'nt appreciate having my truck in for warranty repairs that long and not having a loaner to drive. When I took the vehicle in, I got on-line & found out very bad news about GM vehicles & the transmission problems they've been having. I wish I'd known that before I bought it. I've been buying GM vehicles since 1977 - (with the exception of 2) - 9 vehicles. GM has 1 transmission that's reliable (Allison- and they don't even make it) that's only in the HD trucks. WOW JUNK

Kent & Bobbie came to look at new trucks on Saturday 8-23-25. We met Briasa who i had talked with over the phone. She showed us several trucks. Explained everything about the truck & details. We went in her office we did the credit check and had purchased a new 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500 truck. We did a trade in of another older 2016 chevy truck we had purchased from Carl Cannon. Dennis was awesome. Responded quickly and listened. He didn’t play the whole “let me go ask the manager” game. He made the decisions and negotiated the sale which led me to making a purchase. I’ve walked out of several dealerships because of the back and forth. But Dennis was upfront from the start. Additionally I grew up in that area and never purchased a vehicle from CC because of pricing. It’s refreshing to see you all have reduced the cost so people in the area can shop local and save.

Going through the sales process is usually a “car dealer” experience. But at Carl Cannon, it was a delightful experience. They questioned me for the type of vehicle I was wanting with what features, and the vehicle was readily available. I wanted a different color, so they found exactly what I wanted and had it ready within two days. Tommy Fowler and Butch Foster were excellent through the whole process.

I had phoned the dealership about a new key fob for my 2019 Acadia. I asked the price which was quoted at $207.30. I made an appointment with Carl Cannon and was at the dealership as we had planned. When I arrived, the service manager took my car and proceeded with the service. After approximately 2 2/2 hours the service manager brought me the invoice and, to my surprise, said the key fob was $466.00 and not the amount I was quoted. For this reason, I seriously am considering going to another dealership. It is time to purchase two new vehicles and it is upsetting that I may not be able to buy from Carl Cannon since I have bought 6 new vehicles from this dealership over the past 20 years.

My service advisor is phenomenal. I always feel welcome by all other staff members and I am well taken care of anytime my vehicle(s) enter the service drive.

I was a drive up and I was there around 45 minutes. Can not complain about anything. Your service rep was very nice and polite and treated me with the utmost respect. The only thing I can say is the price for an oil change and filter is gotten to be too expensive. $92.00 is alot in my eyes for this service. Especially when the service department was not busy at all.

As always a great visit even though it took nearly 2 hrs it wasn’t their fault the door was blocked by some equipment and they could not get my car out of the bay but was very nice apologized over and over but was not upset at them
